The staff was very welcoming abd accommodating, but the property needs some TLC. First room broken door lock, dirty sheets. Second room NO LOCK at all. Third room locks are intact. This one the shower doesn't work. Just very disappointed after driving all day.

Thank goodness for the property! In desperate need of a place to stay late on a stormy night after a bad hotel experience next door, the clerk was so sweet & helpful, the room was clean w/ very comfortable beds, quiet parking lot with no riff raff. We felt safe and had a comfortable night’s rest. Thank you Baymont!

The hotel morning and afternoon staff was great. The room are decent, but they need to exterminate. They have a really bad Roach problem. I had to literally ask for trash basgs and put my bags in and tied them up. I refused to leavemy bags exposed in the rooms. I was sleepless all night. I hate bugs or any kind, especially ROACHES.

The property had a moldy shower ceiling and many of the furnishing were stained and broken down. It seemed to be recently updated with paint but still things were crumbling and peeling. The carpeted floors in the room were very dirty. There were some good qualities. The staff and the breakfast were both fine.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Each time our room has been very clean and comfortable. Front desk workers are always quick with check in and helpful if we need anything during our stay.

The staff was very friendly, and our rooms smelled clean with clean comfortable bedding. The bathroom light fixture cover fell on me while showering (light plastic so it didn't hurt) and there was a brown water stain ring in the bottom of the tub. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable. Ac and heat worked just fine.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in by far. Walking into hotel was a strong smell of marijuana, the rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke and mildew. The carpet felt so gross and sticky we had to wash our feet cause they were black before leaving. Had to adjust the catch for deadbot to actually lock, bathroom door hinges were crazy rusty, door didn't move smoothly. Breakfast was less than mediocre, the staff was friendly enough. Recommend spend the extra money and get something better.

The shower didn’t work nor the microwave. Other than that it was fairly clean and a nice comfy room with good amenities. Wish the shower and microwave would’ve worked as I did need to use them.

Decent basic hotel

Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay and the staff was pleasant. It is a basic hotel. It does not have an elevator so anyone with mobility issues needs a first-floor room. The outside parking lot was not kept up well. It was a bit dark and there were fast food bags left around by other patrons. It was also pretty obvious that people were smoking in their rooms as it permeated the hallways.
