"Incredibly clean, more than affordable price and wonderful staff. The space was fantastic for myself, partner and 17 year old. Close to shopping, food, convenient stores and train station. We loved our stay so much we're already planning our next one again. Can't recommend enough.

"Very nice staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Just enough for two people. The shared amenities were also very nicely kept and clean. Area around the hotel is very nice. Overall a very nice stay."
"Bay view with Mount Fuji on the background was fantastic
Awesome facilities and great food. The only drawback was the buffet options on our first night, which prevented us from going back any of the subsequent days. To their credit we were there quite late in the evening which may have affected the food options."
"Wow, Hotel Koko was seriously awesome! We were there for almost two weeks. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Everything you need is right there – all the stores, and you're surrounded by everything. There are tons of shopping malls and Subway stations, plus all sorts of restaurants.
Everything is walkable, which is a huge plus. I totally recommend this place. Yeah, the rooms are small, so if you need space, maybe get the bigger ones. But for us, it was fine since we're a couple. We didn't mind the small room at all. And we had a bath, which we loved.
Honestly, I really recommend it for the safety. It's also super clean and modern, and they clean the rooms every day unless you don't want them to. It's great!"
"Nice hotel, very convenient for music festivals.
Bizarrely they wanted a separate fee to access the pool, after spending $500 CAD per night for the room."
