Staff was great.,room was pretty clean except for the cockroach. The pool needs to be cleaned!!! Staff was very accomodating.. I would probably stay again if they clean the pool.

Rooms were a little aged but clean. Hotel has ample parking and is conveniently located walking distance from night markets and nightlife.

Great location! We walked to the night bazaar and clock tower. Beds are a bit hard and bathroom small. You can shower while on toilet. But good breakfast, nice staff, clean nice facilities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was smaller (standard twin) but very clean. I personally am not a fan of wet baths but the design in this one was perfect! lots of room and you could hang your towel inside and you didn't have to remove the toilet paper to keep it dry! Breakfast was included and though there wasn't a lot of western choice it definitely filled you up! Again the staff here were wonderful - great omelettes! The area felt very safe and very walkable! We were able to walk to the bus station and to the Clock Tower. Lots and lots of restaurant options very close at hand. Pool area looked very nice though we didn't take advantage of it. Water did feel a little cool but was probably quite refreshing after a hot day of touring! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet, convenient except bathroom has no clothes hangers. Manager is very friendly, easy approachable, helpful, speak well English, easy to negotiate & accommdate. She is an understandable personnel. Quick in solving rooms issues & arranging transports

This is a great hotel very near to the centre of town. The woman in charge at the front desk is brilliant with great advice and a warm sense of humour. The only minor issue was that the light from the front of the hotel was very bright and shone through into my room abut too much.

This one has a pretty face as the lobby is the nicest part. However rooms are updated and ok for price payed.

Suvvanna made this place ! When you meet her you'll understand why . The resort is brand new , awesome pool, rooms are big , clean new and staff can not do enough to help you . Breakfast was amazing ! But why my friend and I would go back is purely because of Suvanna . She organised everything.. from best scooters have hired in Asia plus car plus directions plus booking bus tickets plus where to eat ..and the list goes on Seriously this lady is Wonder Woman ! Even organised hire car on her day off ?! Totally recommend this place ! And I don't give rave reviews lightly .

Prestation correcte.

Bien situé et propre
Salle de bain pas pratique avec le lavabo dans la chambre, sinon bonne literie, propre, personnel aimable meme avec une arrivee tardive. La piscine de 25m, pratique 😁 Le petit dejeuner etait correct et complet. Emplacement a côté de la gare de bus.

Alojamiento muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones con habitaciones amplias y silenciosas. Se puede ir andando desde la estacion de autobuses 1 a donde llega el autobus desde Chiang Mai y donde organizan el mecado nocturno. El desayuno es bastante completo con cocina en el insante. La piscina también es impresionante de limpia y amplia. En definitiva un hotel perfecto para explorar Chiang Rai y sus alrededores.

Swimming pool and breakfast was ok! unfortunately the A/C in our room was too noisy, not tge best thing night time. The bathroom also was too small for us, the shower occupied the all bathroom.

Assolutamente non adatto a standard di pulizia europei. Bagno minuscolo con la porta che si apre sul piatto doccia. Appena arrivato preso dallo sconforto ho cambiato hotel. Splendida la piscina ma è uno specchietto per le allodole. L'hotel fornisce le ciabatte da camera/piscina/doccia già usate dagli ospiti precedenti.

Hôtel très proche de la station de bus, idéal pour y accéder. De nombreux restaurants autour. Chambre spacieuse, propre. Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet copieux. Belle piscine, agréable après une journée de visite.

ทำเลดี อยู่ไม่ไกลจากไนท์บาร์ซาร์ พนักงานบริการดี เรียบร้อยและสุภาพ ห้องพักสะอาด แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวคืนแรกที่เข้าพักมีกลิ่นอับ คืนที่ 2 ไม่มีปัญหา หมอนสูงไปหน่อย ห้องพักของเรามีกลิ่นเหม็นจากท่อระบายน้ำทิ้ง ต้องเอาร้องเท้ายางไปปิดกันกลิ่น อาคาร 3 ชั้น ที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่มีพนักงานยกกระเป๋าบริการยกกระเป๋าขี้นห้องและยกลงมาให้

El personal muy atento y amable, el desayuno rico, la piscina bonita y la ubicación perfecta. La cama era dura y el cuarto de baño no nos gustó, nos resulta incómodo que la ducha no tenga su propio espacio.
