Property was nice, especially the amenities. However, we were charged a cleaning fee on the spot that had not been mentioned before, and yet despite this our apartment was not completely clean.

Few things to know

One of the shower has either extremely hot water or cold water. The outside pool was extremely cold. There are no trash can bags in the room. The checkin process was confusing but management was able to drive over and helped within 10 mins. Building management does not know and does not have access to any manager on site. Everything else was good.

Le condominium est propre, calme et facile d'accès. La ville est tout a proximité aussi peut on s'y rendre à pied (petit quart d'heure avec 2 enfants).

Property was good. Pool area could use upgrade. Pics need updating as no hot tub anymore. You only get one key so if if with large group can and will be a major issue. Pipes in sink leaked as well as air conditioning. Washer very inefficient. Over 2 hr cycle and because one key if go out washer as all power goes out to unit. But has washer nonetheless. Property manager had to call appliance man as stove did not work. But was quickly fixed. Overall maanager did fine job and helped us with our tours at great lengths due tue festival in town. Overall had pleasant stay. Would stay again as very central.

Lovely condo

Lovely little Condo with a great pool. Kitchen was fully equipped with attention to detail. For the price, it is perfect in every way. The only negative is the location. A little far from the old town. But with all the choices of transport, not really so bad. I would highly recommend this place if you'd like to cook your own meals occasionally....

It’s very bad experience. Bad service, location and WiFi signal super bad. If have chance, I do not live again. I have to bear bad service and bad emotions from employee. I spent money but I got bad feeling. Do not live here, you will regret here.

Exactly As Described

The condo/apartment was very clean and spacious. There was great air conditioning in each room which was a bonus and welcomed. The pool was closed for a few days while we were there due to cleaning and there are a few sharp tiles but I'm not sure we can blame the owner for that. Only a 15 mins walk from the action in town or about $3 in a Grab. Would definitely recommend people stay here

基本フロントが無く、平日9時から5時迄のスタッフは英語も話せない。チェックイン、チェックアウトのホローも無くパニックに。部屋のシャワーはトイレが水漏れ。有ると書いてあった洗濯機も乾燥機も無い。問い合わせのメールの返事はなかなか来ない。部屋には虫。市街地迄遠く、マンションの前は汚い空地。あまりに辛く他のマンションに変えた。

A nice place. Just a little out of the way. Not really in the heart of Chiang Mai but a very quick and easy Grab ride to anywhere you want to go. Would recommend if you want to be staying somewhere a little quieter while enjoying Chiang Mai. The room itself was very nice with good a/c and rooms.

概ね満足

夫婦で9泊しました。設備、清潔感(寝室に蟻の出入り口があったのを除けば…。)共概ね満足のいくレベルでした。立地は市の中心部からは大分離れていましたが、徒歩40分程度で行けましたので許容範囲だと思います。 問題はレセプションがない為シャワー室の排水口の問題やトイレットペーパー、石鹸の補充の問題等全ては記載されていた連絡先にメール、電話でコンタクトする必要があり、問題解決に時間がかかりました。またスタッフがいない為観光、食事、交通、洗濯等に関する現地の最新情報が入手出来ず、当初はかなり不便な思いをしました。 ただ周辺の事情が分かった後半はそれなりに快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 初めて現地を訪れる人にはかなりハードルが高いと思いますが、リピーターの方にとっては「穴場」的な施設では？と感じました。

คิดว่า ไม่กลับไป อีก ทางเข้ามืดมาก คือทุกอย่างต้องบริการตนเอง

ไม่ใช่โรงแรม จะเป็นคอนโด เหมือนเจ้าของให้เช่ารายวัน แต่อุปกรณ์ ในห้องครบ ถ้วยชาม ไมโครเวฟ ก่อนเข้าพักต้องโทรติดต่อเจ้าของห้อง เค้าจะบอกรหัสเข้า และกุญแจห้องจะเสียบ ไว้ในbox คือต้องบริการตนเองทั้งหมด เช้า ก่อน check out จะมีคนมาเก็บค่าทำความสะอาดห้อง(ความจริงอยากให้รวม กับค่าห้องไปเลย) ไม่ต้องเก็บ 2 ครั้ง ไม่มีรปภ. ไม่มีreception ทางเข้าจะมืดๆ เหมือนหลงทางเข้าไป(ตามgps) ในห้องโดยรวมสะอาด

Lovely apartment!

had a lovely stay at tree boutique. Nice apartment, with plenty of room and all the amenities (we stayed in a 2 room apartment). Nice pool, though it doesn't get much sun, so was pretty cold in the January cool weather. Worth noting though, that this is not a hotel, it is a residence. there is no on site dining, but it is not far (maybe 5 min walk) to 7/11 and some local markets. there are free bicycles available too. It's not particularly close to anything, but not too far from the city. We had a car, so this wasn't a problem. For us, it was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
