Great stay in Chiang Mai!

The house was in such convenient location, the driveway wall had a cute art mural painted on it. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying there.

Best place to stay in Chiang Mai

Excellent location, close to everything! Room and bathroom were large and very clean. The owner is so nice and always very helpful! I stayed for 6 nights and it was an excellent choice, I would definitely come back!

Excellent place in Chiang Mai

This was my third stay at this hotel. As always, it's been an amazing experience. Kibb, the owner of the hotel, and her husband are amazing people. The hotel is very clean, the ambiance is wonderful, and the location is also excellent. This hotel is my favorite place for my wife and me in Chiang Mai. Kibb is very friendly and helpful. She even offered me free transport to the airport.

The hotel is very close to most things around Chiang Mai. Everything is within walking distance, or you can easily grab a red truck taxi or tuk tuk off the street. The rooms are modest, but Chiang Mai is a city to walk around and explore, so all that’s important is the beds are very comfortable. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast is extremely convenient and very tasty. 10/10 would stay again.

Fantastic location in the center of Chiang Mai old city. Convenient to restaurants, temples, city gate entrances with night markets and street food. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom. The owner, Kibb, could not have been nicer and was always available for questions or suggestions. She took care of airport transfers and offered to make reservations for spa time or sightseeing excursions. This was the most enjoyable stay I had while traveling through Thailand, and I can’t wait to stay here again on a return trip. Thanks for everything Kibb.

A fine way to start out Thailand trip

If can't decide where to start... bullet list is the way to go 😁 - best location; just behind wat chedi luang, very near sunday market, massage and restos nearby - superb service; owner helped us with various things - airport transfer, resto/massage tips, city tour, market tips, laundry, train station transfer - more-than-what-you-paid-for-room; large comfy and clean room with big firm bed and plenty of pillows, enough room to stow/put your stuff, good a/c and hot shower - nice environment; quiet and relaxing with all the plants and trees around the property

가족이 운영하는 하우스 같습니다. 매우매우매우 친절하고 사랑스럽니다...♥ 저보고 아름답다며 셀카 찍자고 호들갑 떨어주셔서 감사합니다 :) 매일매일 청소도 너무나 깔끔하게 해주시고 어메니티도 매일 바꿔 채워주셔서 놀랐어요. 심지어 2일에 한 번씩 이불도 바꿔주셨습니다. Tip. 샤워 필터 챙겨서 매일 교환하는 걸 추천합니다.

Professionell service och rent rum

Redan vid ankomst känner man sig varmt mottaget. Trots att jag kom tidigare var det inga problem att checka in direkt och under tiden det gjordes tog ena personalen väskan direkt upp på rummet. När jag väl var på rummet såg det kliniskt rent ut. Kan vara det renaste hotellet jag varit på. Inte en dammkorn någonstans. Rummet var inte särskilt stort men det räckte. Sängarna var stora och bekväma att sova på. I tillägg fick man två flaskor ozonbehandlat vatten varje dag. Dom verkade inte ha någon restaurang men det fanns en meny på rummet så man kunde få frukost serverad om man beställde en dag i förväg tror jag. Det fanns inte bord på mitt rum men när jag skulle sätta mig vid borden utanför så var hotellmanagern snabb med att säkerställa att jag hade allt jag behövde. Jag fick en duk på bordet och kuddar att sitta på. Hon jobbar väldigt hårt för att driva det lilla hotellet så bra som möjligt och förstår verkligen innebörden av service. Tack för den fantastiska servicen!

침대도 수건도 모두 깔끔하고, 청결했습니다. 시장에서 망고를 사와서 칼과 접시등 부탁드렸는데 도마와 망고전용칼까지 챙겨주셨어요. 방은 복도를 향해 창이 나있에서 창문을 열진 못했지만, 아침일찍 외출하고 늦게 들어오기에 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 이른 아침 짐보관도 흔쾌히 해주셨고. 2박이상은 공항 픽윕.드롭 서비스도 있는거 같아요. 예약시에 확인하시면 좋아요. 저는 체크아웃날이 공항가는 날이라 데려다 주셨는데. 축제로 막혀서 공항에 갈 수 있는 도로상황이 아니었는데, 사장님이 경찰에 얘기해서 다행히 잘 빠져나갈 수 있었습니다. 저렴한 금액으로 올드타운 한 가운데 이토록 좋은 위치에 깔끔한 숙소라면 혼자 여행하시는 분이거나, 여자분들끼리의 여행에도 안전하게 이용하실 수 있을거 같아요. 친절한 사장님의 안내와 배려가 감사한 공간입니다.

입구에 크리스마스 소품으로 꾸며져 있었어요 너무 예뻤습니다. 방이 넓고 호스트가 매우매우 친절합니다 그녀는 내 짐을 미리 보관 해주었고, 이른 체크인을 해줬습니다. 다음날 오전비행기 예약되어있어서 새벽에 체크아웃을 요청했고, 그녀는 너무 친절하게 나를 대해주셨어요 예약한 공항 픽업서비스가 오지 않아서 급하게 그녀에게 도움을 요청했고, 그녀는 나를 바로 공항으로 데려다 주었어요. 너무 좋은 숙소입니다. 강력 추천!♡

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui a même proposé de m’emmener à l’aéroport à la fin de mon séjour. chambre très grande, propre et décorée avec goût. Literie de bonne qualité. Clean place, good location and friendly guestwoman

This was our third time in this place. First, the guest woman is an amazing friendly, helpfull woman. After I asked if she can arrange a taxi to the airport, she offered us to drop us for free. Whatever you ask her, she is trying her best to arrange it for you. The rooms are very clean The location is amazing, nearby to everything. If you don't have your own transport, many things to see in Chiang Mai are in walking distance from the place. Also, you can borrow bicycles from the place for free. I really don't have anything negative to say about the place. Surely, our next time Chiang Mai this is again going to be our next stay
