THE ONE VILLA is a high-quality Villa within reach of Chiang Mai.
This lovely modern Thai style villa is located within the cultural heart of historical “Wiang Kum Kam”, the ancient LANNA capital.
Only 2km drive from the city centre and 5mns drive from CM International Airport, THE ONE VILLA is not only a romantic haven of peace, but is also perfectly located to discover Chiang Mai.
Nestled away from the noise and pollution of the city, THE ONE VILLA features a king size bed, a spacious shower, air conditioning, fridge, microwave, high speed WIFI, cable TV, Netflix, a 55” TV screen, a charming terrace (garden view), complimentary coffee sourced locally and a shared swimming pool (15mx6m).
(crib available upon request and two smaller beds for kids under 13)
Within walking distance one can find numerous Thai street food restaurants, several hairdressers, 2 minimarts, 4 laundries, 2 coffee shops, 1 KFC, 1 spa and massage place.
A few steps further (900m) one can find a 7/11, Tesco, Watson, a Royal Project shop (organic foods), variety shops, pharmacies, banks, international restaurants and a French bakery.
For guests interested in discovering the local sights, there are two bikes available. A horse drawn carriage tour is also available to explore the many archeological sites and temples of nearby Wat Chang Kum.
Your host, Miss Onn, can advise of various modes of transport available (GRAB, car & motorcycle rental, etc ..) and assist you in making all necessary bookings.
