We loved our stay here. This was for our honeymoon - the hotel was so accommodating, decorated the room beautifully, and gave an incredible welcome. They were so friendly — welcome back drinks each time we walked in, bug spray on the way out, the works. Beautiful room too. Zen, one of the staff, was absolutely incredible. So helpful, so kind, and really helped make our trip feel special every single day.

The room and hotel were very nice and kept very clean. Staff were kind and friendly and the breakfast was good. The only downside was the adjacent busy street. Loy Kroh road. It is packed with massage parlors with pushy workers. Not the most relaxing way to walk from /to your hotel.

Great stay at Loy, small but beautifully designed property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to a busy tourist area but property was quiet. Also close to the city center and Tae Phae night market.

Incredible stay

Great location. Truly the kindest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel. They went above and beyond to make our time in Chiang Mai spectacular. The breakfast is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. 10000/10 would stay here again.
