Little Lana Guesthouse

My daughter and I stayed in this guesthouse for 4 nights. It was very very clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and accommodating. It is just outside the old city but perfectly positioned. There is a travel agent a few doors down and they are very helpful. A food market selling delicious food is in walking distance. There are also taxis and tuk tuks available all the time. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again only if they placed a little fridge in each room. We really missed iced cold water.

Good location and relaxed stay

A nice relaxed stay near the square with a number of food venues and songtheaw route. Owner was nice and accommodating.

Hotel tranquilo y limpio cerca de todo

Hotel ubicado en una calle muy tranquila cerca de la puerta norte de la ciudad antigua. El dueño es muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Tiene servicio de lavandería y un pequeño restaurante. Las habitaciones son grandes, prácticas y limpias. Cerca hay un Tesco y un 7 eleven para poder comprar provisiones. En general, un sitio ideal para descansar después de pasar el día visitando la ciudad. Recomendable 100%. Si algún día volvemos a Chiang Mai, nos hospedaremos de nuevo en este hotel.

깨끗하고 편안했던 곳.

골목길 제일 끝이라 좀 걸어가야 하지만 그리 먼거리는 아니라서 괜찮았음. 여기저기 걸어다니기 좋은 위치였고 주인아저씨가 막 챙겨주는 스타일은 아니지만 굉장히 유쾌하신 분이었음. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 편안했던 곳. 다만 커피포트나 냉장고가 없어 음식을 보관할수는 없었지만 그럼에도 불구하고 만족스러웠던 곳!

Not acceptable...look elsewhere

Room was not clean. Hair all around the bedframe and throughout the bathroom. Would never stay here again. Bed is terribly cheap as well. I could feel the springs digging into my back throughout the night.

There are better and cheaper places closer to mos

The hotel is nice and the man who was there most of the time (the manager?) is very friendly and efficient. The property itself is about 120 meters down an alley filled with hostels and guesthouses and across two busy streets from old town where you will probably spend much of your time in Chiang Mai. I am currently staying in another property virtually in the center of old town that is just as nice; just as quiet; and half the price. Look around and check other properties before you book here... Lovely Privately Owned Hotel

The service in this hotel is exceptional! They even gave us one extra night at the same price we booked online when our plans changed. Don't expect luxury, the hotel and the rooms are basic, no frills but they are comfortable and provide everything you need in your accommodation. The breakfast if cooked to order, very basic, but its a good start to the day. the location is within comfortable walking distance to the old town gate and convenience stores are just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay here, Thank you.

位置很好，就在古城旁，位於靜巷內晚上是很清幽，早上就會有點吵鬧，因為旁邊是學校，可以聽到再練習足球的聲音it's noisey in the morning 服務人員的態度良好，我們待的第一晚比較晚到，check in時都找不到服務人員，好像是身體不舒服在休息，後來打了幾通電話也順利入住了，後來我們行程的一些問題也服務人員都都很願意幫助我們處理，nice hotel

Neues Hotel außerhalb des Trübels

Wir haben die zwei Nächte im Little Lanna sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster (bewusst so gebucht), für uns vorteilhaft, weil somit ruhig und dunkel. Wir könnten sehr gut schlafen! Das Zimmer und das Bad waren swhr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, wenn auch das Englisch manchmal nicht ausreichend ist... Frühstück war ok, ähnlich wie in vielen anderen Hotels kriegt man Instant Coffee. Aber für den Preis haben wir auch nicht mehr erwartet! Gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis

Отель в рамках своей цены отличный. Невероятно милый хозяин , такой весь добродушный. Сам делает завтраки- омлет с ветчиной. Номер просторный и новый, но мы обнаружили в нескольких местах паутину с пауками ((( нет зеркала в комнате, только в ванной. Кондиционер не шумный , до квадрата - перейти дорогу минут 5 ходьбы. Все светлое и новое, хорошее белье и подушки. Полотенца за 4 дня правда так и не поменяли )) но в целом за 450 батт с завтраком на двоих, я считаю отель отличный. Рядом есть вкусная кафешка для фарангов- выйти на дорогу и направо метров 100. Реалььно оч вкусная еда. Без байка в Чианг мае очень сложно и дорого. Мы обьездили за 8 дне почти все окресности, хватило бы и 5-6 на самом деле. Рынки хорошие только те что за городом, остальные почти все приспособлены на туристов. Мы там ничего не покупали, один раз взяли соус за 60 бат, нашли в магазинеплтлм за 30 )) так что, чианг май подходит для быстрого осмотра и дальше топнуть ) как город меня не зацепил савсем. Разве что бои Муай тай настоящие интересные ) хорошие бары в квадрате - интересные интерьеры и кухня отличная.

Great hotel right out side of the northern old city wall. 30 min walk to most attractions or short tuktuk ride. Staff is very friendly and will help you to rent a scooter / book tours if you want.

Great rooms- note check in time!

Couldn't ask for a better place for the money-- very nice room. One important thing I missed: Hotel desk not staffed after 7pm, so you have to call someone to come and check you in. Not a big deal, a little inconvenient- I sure enjoyed the low cost of the room, and I'm sure keeping employee hours down is a part of that. Very positive experience overall.

La chambre etait tres belle tres propre sans fenêtre par contre. Le quartier est tres agréable a côté de tout. Cependant il n y avait jamais personne a la reception que se soit le matin avant 7h ou dans l apres midi et meme le soir. Étrange nous avons laissé les clefs de notre chambre sur le comptoir d accueil....

Pleasant stay despite a few hitches

This property is located in the Chang Pueak district just 5-10 mins walk from and outside the old city's north gate; MAYA Mall and Niman Road are just a 5-minute drive away, and there are some mookta eateries as well as a very good night food street nearby. I was given a comfortable and quiet level-3 double room with a window view of a nearby temple and Don Suthep mountain. The guesthouse provides 2 bottles of mineral water daily, but *no* kettle nor water dispenser whatsoever, so if your drinking water runs out, you'd have to trudge 5-10 mins to either of the two convenience stores nearby. I'd rate the property a 5/5 if they provided drinking water (or a means to boil tap water) beyond the 2 bottles of water. I was unlucky as both stores had run out of water on the night that the guesthouse had forgotten to replenish my mineral water that I was expecting when I returned to my room. The guesthouse owner's blase, unempathetic and rude attitude (hanging up the phone on me) the following morning did not appease my annoyance. Housekeeping was erratic as during my week-long stay the housekeeper did not visit/clean my room several times; consequently I had no drinking water in the room on some days, as mentioned above. My room also hadn't been cleaned prior to my check-in; consequently it was very dusty, and I had to ask for a rag to do a quick cleanup myself.
