Great hotel in a convenient location. Big clean room, plenty of hot water, solid Wi-Fi, and the kindest most helpful staff. Night market noise is really not bad at all, will stay here again when back in Chiang Mai!

Great location.

The hotel is situated in a really good location very close to night markets and lots of bars. The staff are very friendly. Theres a little cafe in the reception area which was also nice to wait for our taxi in, the also sell tea and coffee. The room was good for what we needed but there was mould in the shower and the air conditioning worked but not really well. The matresses are very firm which I liked but i know wont be for everyone. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stayed there only for 3 hours because booked it accidentally thru expedia and they won't cancel...right next to chaing mai night bazaar so very cenral location and great price.

Beautiful guesthouse

we arrived at the guesthouse and were so warmly welcome Since it was early we waited and got the room much earlier than 2 o'clock Sean is very knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly and also shown us on the google Clean and bright and next to Night Market which is famous for Loved the area thanks Sean for all your help

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that can’t do enough for you. Great fried rice for lunch. Rooms are fairly large, good AC, and plenty of water pressure on the hot shower.

Clean and comfortable accomodation. Everything works (hot water, AC, TV, fridge). Very close to the Night Market so there is some noise at night. Front desk staff were very friendly. I extended my intial booking to stay for more than a week. Needed to request for room cleaning 2x during my stay which the house keeping staff seemed to be happy to do. 2 bottlles of water were given daily

For den lave prisen så er det et overnattingssted som kan anbefales, hvis du liker hard madrass. Hyggelig personale. Det er ikke mat å få kjøpt, kun drikke. Men mange spisesteder i nærheten så det gikk helt fint for meg. Hyggelig sitteområde i resepsjonsområdet. Hotellet kan også ta klesvask for deg. Hotellet ligger i en stille og rolig gate og det er kort gåtur til barområder.

Good value

It is good value for money, the room was clean, the staff was helpful. Very good location, close to the Night Bazaar and Anusarn Market, and a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. A very good alternative if you are on a budget!

Don't compromise your comfort

Our experience as a family with an infant was horrific. There were many things that have ruined our peace during the stay. 1. Plenty of mosquito that have attacked on my daughter face and she still has mark on her faces even it's been a week now. 2. You can't survive without mosquito coil or cream. 3. Money saving always not a good idea because you have to compromise on your comfort. Same thing happened in our case. This place we found the cheaper one in our search and we had to compromise our comfort. 4. Room was just ok. seemed like haunted house with old tv and old furniture. 5. Toilet was super small and you can touch two walls while sitting on the commode. 6. Staff was VERY UNETHICAL and don't know how to treat guests. 7. Air conditioners were old dated and you can't control when it's chilling the room. 8. Hot water system were not appropriate and it took 5-7 minute to justify the water by mixing cold and hot. 9. The owner lady was very strict we didn't see her smile in our week long stay :/ 10. If you have a sensitive sleep you can't sleep here due to rock music noises from the nearest night bazaar till 3-4 AM. 11. (Tip) Don't save your money if you don't want to compromise on your comfort.
