I received excellent customer service. But I do have a few cons regarding my trip. #1 I paid for all-inclusive, but it did not show up on the property’s end. This was discussed and somewhat rectified. #2 The water temperature was lukewarm. #3 I paid 1500 baht as a deposit and never received it back as a credit as discussed. Overall I felt safe as a solo traveler and I enjoyed my stay.

This is a scam

We reserved a room in this hotel which has closed down, has no sign, no one is there. Spent a couple of hours trying to find out where it was and what happened
