Decent stay

The hotel is well-located on a small side street. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Definitely a little dated, but that's not a big issue. Appreciated the mini fridge and free water. Our room wasn't cleaned during the two days we were there, but that could have been our fault since we were in and out at odd times.

Lovely hotel

A quiet hotel that's a 10 minute walk away from lots of places to eat one way or a 15 minute walk to Old Town for the more touristy side. The facilities were nice, the staff even nicer.

There was some mix-up in the reservation process. The verification of my reservation was not adequate. I was not able to find my reservation either in my emails or in my account with Hotels.com. I ended up making other arrangements at another hotel and now have paid for both. I never stayed at Fang Chiang Mai.

Terrible stay and attitude at Fang hotel

Cockroaches in the bathroom, funny smell in the hall, toilet doesn't flush!!!! They didn't have the room we booked and wanted us to cancel! When we got to the hotel (around 20:30) there was no staff at the front desk, and we waited outside Once they got there, they showed us a room with two single beds (we're a couple on our honeymoon!). When we told them this was unacceptable, they told us to contact hotels.com for a refund, since they had no available rooms (we booked a room with a double bed!)

The hotel has just gone through a renovation. I was apparently the fourth customer. Not all of the hotel was open and there was some confusion over whether my breakfast was included in the price. I ate in my room as they did not have an eating area ready when I was there. Apparently they will when the renovations are complete. It looks like they will have a nice garden area. My breakfast was included in my hotel.com booking but the attendant said it wasn't. It was quickly straightened out and honored. The hotel is a little out of the way, down a series of quiet streets but in a good location. A five minute walk to the main road and night market area. You may have to walk to the main road to catch a taxi to the airport as there were none available outside the hotel. This was a bit of a pain as I had an early flight and had to walk about 10 to 15 minutes until I hot a busy enough area to find a tuk tuk to the airport.

場所は便利。雨後、アクセスする道路が水浸しになる。スタッフの感じは良い。部屋はそこそこ清潔。泊まった部屋は、シャワーのお湯が安定しなかった。バスルームのドアは内側の取手がなく、閉められなかった。ベットの角に足がぶつかりやすく、怪我注意。私は擦りむいた。冷蔵庫もあるし、料金が安いので、ひコスパは非常に良い。

CONSIGLIO DI ANDARE. Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica sia per visitare durante il giorno la città vecchia che sia di sera per raggiungere la zona dei bazar dove sono presenti infinite bancarelle per fare shopping. Hotel è moderno, pulito e rispecchia la cultura del posto. la ragazza alla reception gentilissima, veramente una brava ragazza le faccio le più sentite congratulazioni, la reception sempre prendente e disponibili per qualunque aiuto e/o consiglio. Le camere sono molto moderne, bellissime, spaziose e pulite, il letto super grande e molto comodo. Vengono date all’arrivo snack e drinking water che viene poi cambiata durante il soggiorno. La colazione molto buona ed è pure presente un giardino, decorato con le lanterne bellissime, dove poter stare di stare o comuqnue mangiare del cibo proprio. CONSIGLIO DI PRENOTARE ANDARE SUL SICURO

Un hôtel comme il y en a de moins en moins.

Superbe hôtel plein de charme Cet hôtel est dans l’esprit de Chiang Mai. Le personnel est très agréable, gentil et disponible. L’hôtel est situé à proximité du marché de nuit. Je recommande sans hésité cet hôtel. A ce prix il est difficile de faire mieux.

Very nice hotel

It's very modern and clean, very comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant for breakfast is closed down, that was disappointing, they claim because of COVID-19?? You will need a scooter in Chaing Mai or use a lot of Tuk Tuk. The hotel doesn't rent tem but many shops nearby do.

The hotel is located near the main gate and closed to everything. That's why we chose to stay in this hotel. But, on the day that we arrived, the receptionist hardly understood what we were saying so we had to use our driver to translate for us. And we found out that no hot water in the shower so we tried calling the reception but no one picked up. Then I had to call the phone number listed on the google and requested to fix it. I made a follow up call and they said they fixed it but still, water was still cold. If you are on budget, and don't care about anything, this will be your choice, otherwise I won't recommend this.
