My friend and I had a nice stay for a couple of days, the staff were very helpful, the room was fine, it has what you need. One thing was the towels and blankets, they didnt smell clean. The location of the place is perfect, right in the center of the cozy area of Chiang Mai, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants.

水回りに難点部屋は広め

ゲストハウス街の北の端に近い場所です。ゲストハウス関連のいろいろが近くにありますから便利です 夜は少し薄暗いですがゲストハウス街なので女性でも大丈夫でしょう 部屋は広めでよいです。私の部屋は小さいベランダついてました 洗濯干せます 網戸あります 水回りがあまりきれいでなく、排水がかなり悪いのでシャワーが一苦労。 あとタイでは蟻は多少仕方ないですが、あまりに沢山室内に入り込んでいるので荷物に気を使います シャワールーム反対の部屋からちょっと見えそうです。身体までは見えないのかな？ オーナーが優しいのでまた来たいですが部屋のコンディションが心配です 周りに似たような値段のゲストハウス沢山ありますからね

Great guest house for the price we paid in a convenient location within Chiang Mai’s Old town. Room was spacious with a fridge and hot water. The staff were very friendly and gave us advice how to get around to various attractions.

This was my first and last time staying in a guesthouse. It felt like a hostel, but with my own room. The location of the guesthouse is great for being central to all of Old City's main attractions, but the guesthouse is not initially easy to find. The room facilities are to a poor standard, but provide everything you need. Staff were helpful when necessary. Overall, staying in this guesthouse was manageable when in need of sleep, but nothing more. I will opt for a hotel next time.

The guesthouse is a great location and the wifi works very well and those are the top features of the property. Rooms are dated and could use a little tic as well the guesthouse could likely get some new linen as one day the bed linens were changed and the new linens were visibly stained. For the price of the room the conditions were acceptable.

Nos dieron una habitación con dos camas muy grandes cuando pedimos una. Los colchones se te clava todos los muelles . Para arrojarse una especie de colcha quemada por cigarrillos. El baño muy pequeño te duchas mientras estas sentado en el wc. En general muy lamentable. Cuarto piso sin ascensor y cargando maletas

The location is very close to Thapae Gate so it's good for travellers.The room is not large but it's enough for solo traveller.The good thing is my room has a small balcony and large windows and feel quiet all the time because situated in small alley.Not fancy but good place.

close to downtown and bus depot

staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel was modern and very clean. it was close to downtown and the night market. hotel arranged for a scooter for us and gave us many travel directions. best hotel we've stayed in Asia so far. had hot water and internet. good value!!

Very good price, was offered a choice of rooms, easy check-in, quiet location, good wifi. No frills room with comfortable bed. We loved the location.

올드시티 여행에 좋았습니다. 위치가 정말 마음에 들었어요 타패에서 가깝고 꾼깨주스집까지 가는 길도 조용하고 행복한 기억이었어요. 1층 마사지도 매일 이용했습니다. 다만 방에 작은 개미들이 좀 기어다녔어요. 그것 빼고는 여러모로 합리적이고 좋은 숙소였어요.

Excellent rapport qualité prix ! Bien placée dans la vieille ville proche du marché du dimanche. Proche des restaurants et commerce de la vieille ville mais aussi proche de la nouvelle ville ! Propre, personnel anglophone et accueillant, wifi gratuite ! Je vous conseille cette guesthouse si vous recherchez un bon rapport qualité prix et n'êtes pas trop exigent sur le confort !

Very Low standard budget guesthouse

Old bedding with a very old mattress, everything needing throwing away or bleaching. We thought we might stay for 2nights on arrival but I couldn't hack another night so found much cleaner place round the corner for 100baht more.

Not up to standard.

We arrived after a 12 hour coach at 8am knowing we were early however we hoped to leave our bags there. The lady at reception said we could leave our bags and come back at 1 to check in. We had a long lunch and explored the area and came back at 2, an hour later. We were then told they had changed our room and it wouldn't be ready until 2:30... An hour and a half after check in time. I'm sure they wouldn't allow us to check out an hour and a half late but they delayed our check in... We also booked a room with a tv and weren't given one either but after a long day we just wanted to shower and get to bed. After 2 days we asked if our room could be made up and we also needed more tissue paper. The girl at reception said this was no problem. After arriving back after a day out we saw our room hadn't been made up at all. We have now moved to another place which is cheaper and has much better service. Ban wiang would be good for 1/2 days but no more.

チェックイン時予約が通っていないとのこと。バウチャーを見せると対応したフロントスタッフが電話で他のスタッフに確認し、じゃあOKと。予約時に料金も課金されているのにしっかり管理してほしい。 スタッフは皆さん気さくで、笑顔で挨拶してくれ優しいのだが、こちらから言わなければタオルの交換やトイレットペーパーの補充はなし。言えば快く新しいのをくれる。 部屋は古アパートの一室のような造りで殺風景だが寝るだけなので構わないとして、朝晩は冷え込む乾季のチェンマイ、薄汚れたペラペラの掛け物が一枚あるだけ。ダウンを着てマフラーを巻いて震えながら寝た。 シャワーは熱い湯は出るが水圧は弱い。 ただ立地は最高でターペー門から旧市街に入って徒歩5分以内。食べるのにもどこに行くのも便利で、スタッフの良さと立地でカバーできたが、次はない。
