"Chennai is a hella busy place but it doesn't feel like it when you stay here. It's off the main road and no through roads so not any traffic other than local traffic. Very peaceful and quiet. Lots of big beautiful trees line the roads. Staff were super friendly and accomadating to our needs. Let us check in 3 hours early without any prior request. "The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."
