When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others."

"Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. The manager, Dom, was extremely helpful even though I started off being rude after dealing with the incompetence of Expedia. Word to the wise, the protection plan doesn’t protect anything, it’s a waste of money. My flight changed from 1700 arrival to 0100 the next day. I was meeting my kids who drove to the at the hotel...
