Spacious holiday home with indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna in Cherveix-Cubas

In Cherveix-Cubas, this spacious holiday home is ideal for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Spread over two floors, the house accommodates up to 15 guests with its living room featuring a sofa bed, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 additional toilets. You will enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, washing machine, dryer, heating, as well as books and toys for children. For relaxation, you can use the private sauna, a pilates room with available equipment (agreement to sign), and a billiard table. A baby bed and two high chairs are also provided.



Outside, you will find a jacuzzi, a garden, terraces, a barbecue and a playground. The indoor pool is heated, secure, and can be enjoyed in any season. The village offers local shops and services, as well as the Auvézère river for swimming, canoeing or kayaking. You can also try archery, climbing, caving and orienteering in the region.



The property offers six parking spaces and a secure storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. Catering services can be arranged on request. Singing bowl sessions led by a trained practitioner are available for an extra fee. Homemade products are offered and recycling instructions are explained on site.

Towels are not included: you may bring your own or rent them from the owner by contacting them before your stay.

Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors is prohibited, and loud parties are forbidden to preserve the village’s tranquility.

Gite fantastique pour pour un séjour entre amis

Pros: Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Clos aux Coccinelles afin d'y fêter nos 30 ans entre amis. Je remercie particulièrement Bénédicte pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous avons profité de tous les équipements du gîte, sa piscine intérieure extraordinaire, son jacuzzi et son sauna. C'est avec plaisir que nous garderons cette adresse afin de revenir pour d'autres événements ! Je recommande Charles

Superbe maison spacieuse, accueil souriant et chaleureux de l'hôte.

Pros: L'espace piscine est incroyable, tout le monde s'est régalé et ce malgré une semaine totale de pluie. J'imagine aux beaux jours le plaisir décuplé de profiter du jardin avec barbecue et pétanque. De plus, pharmacie, tabac-presse et dépôt de pain à 200m du gite, Intermarché à 5km, bref très fonctionnel en plus d'être charmant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Philippe, pour l'équipe éducative du séjour.

All very good. Just strange bathroom layout

The location was good and there was plenty of room for all nine adults. The pool was a great bonus and the hot tub much appreciated. We also enjoyed the table football Our property manager, Benedicte was very welcoming and quick to respond to any queries The only thing that let the property down was the arrangement of the bathrooms. With 4 bedrooms upstairs there was only one bathroom and no shower. Ther was an ensuite bedroom downstairs and two other bedrooms shared a bathroom and toilet. The 4 upstairs adult bedrooms had to use the shower in the downstairs sauna which was a little annoying. With a futher 2 downstairs toilets this would probably work well for families with younger children. Nevertheless we still really enjoyed the gite and gardens The kayaking was great fun.
