Guest is required to sign a renter's agreement. Minimum age to rent is 21. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. Pets are allowed, fee of $35 per pet.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin - Fee for smoking is $500 plus any cost to remediate. Parties are not allowed- $500 fine
Third party rentals are not allowed (primary guest must be in residence). Any additional guests not listed on the booking, must be approved
