"This tiny house was great for our 4 night stay in Franklin. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed and sofa were comfortable. We enjoyed having our dinner on the deck watching birds in the beautiful quiet neighborhood. I’m not sure I understand why the cleaning fee was 100 when we had to strip the beds, put dirty towels in the shower and dispose of our own trash. We left just before 8:00am on Sunday and the dumpster area recommended was closed. We are having to drive back to FL with our trash in the car. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay."

It is, without a doubt, the best place we’ve stayed in Franklin, NC.The home itself is absolutely darling and has everything you need, with thoughtful touches that make it feel cozy and welcoming. The property is extremely private, which made it the perfect place to relax during a very busy and stressful time for us.Debra was wonderful—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to accommodate our changing dates during our move to our new home, which made the entire process so much less stressful. "Our family spent over a week in this beautiful home and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our large family and grocery stores and restaurants were relatively close.The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on and the view was just splendid! The neighbors dog (Mooch) was an added bonus as he would come and hang out with us on the deck.We enjoyed exploring the many small towns around this area and had plenty to do.The owner communicated with us throughout our stay and answered every question we had promptly. We would highly recommend this home and have it on our favorites for when we want to return to this area."

"The farmhouse was very clean and easy to locate. Great location for the ruby mines. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. I have two issues that I feel should have been specified in the listing. 1) The house is very near the highway. As a family that lives in a quiet, rural area, we were not used to the road noise and had a hard time sleeping. Fortunately, the highway was not busy late night/early morning. 2) You have to either take your garbage with you or pay (20 for the first bag and 10 for each additional bag) to leave it. I have never run across this in the many rentals I’ve stayed in. I didn’t have room in my vehicle so had to leave our 2 bags there."

"we Have been here the last four or five years with four generations for 4 and half months to 74. we had a great time with the family. We love that there are only a few cabins nearby. Ted and Mary are easy to work with. Every relaxing and a lot of room. "

"Some of the remotes were dead for the tvs, and there was cobwebs on the pool tables. Other than that it was a very beautiful home with an amazing view. If you haven’t drove up a mountain then just beware of the drive it’s a little scary but soo worth it! Overall it was a great experience will definitely book next year. "
