Great location and although no reserved parking, seems to be ample open overnight parking lot behind the building. Very clean and responsive clear answers from the host when needed.
This apartment was great! So cute and well maintained, everything seemed fresh and new. You can't beat the location if you are looking to stay downtown and walk everywhere. You do have to compete for public parking but wasn't too big of an issue.
The property was as listed with a great location. Would recommend and stay there again as well. As a great dinner experience, would recommend making advanced reservations at The Swag in Waynesville. Not far away by car but a rare dining experience for sure.
The apartment was lovely. Everything g worked well and the place was immaculate. I was especially impressed with the level of communication from Marita, the host. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
This apartment is great for anyone wanting to visit downtown Waynesville. Very clean and well appointed. It was a little noisy from the pub downstairs but we knew it could be when we booked. We had a great weekend.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. Marita was very responsive, providing exact information on finding the area and getting into the building and the apartment. Located in the heart of Main Street, you are steps away from restaurants and shops.
Waynesville is a most charming town! If you have an interest in being in the center of the action, with the ability to walk to many excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, this is a wonderful place to stay.
The apartment is spacious and clean- well represented on the website. Yes, there is 'noise' from the street and restaurant below, but it's from folks having a great time...it's a gem!
We return to Waynesville at the same time annually for a long weekend Conference. Marita’s units have been our regular place for several years. Always clean, well maintained, comfortable and fully provisioned. Can’t beat the location for easy in and out and access to the downtown area restaurants and shops. The units are modern, fully updated, crisp, and minimally furnished (in a good way). We’ll look forward to staying here again next year.
It was exactly as advertised. It was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. The location was great and I loved exploring downtown. It was 20-30 min from Asheville and an hour or less from great hiking and waterfalls. The only slight knock is that it is right above the brewery so it was a bit loud but it didn't bother me. And since it closes pretty early, I had no issues with being kept up late. I'd definitely stay here again.
Two notable observations.
We have stayed in many rentals in the US and abroad. This was, without doubt, the cleanest we have ever seen.
This apartment reminds us of a charming, recently renovated apartment in an existing building somewhere in Italy. Or Provence.
The apartment was well appointed, very clean and perfect location to shopping, dining, hiking, sight seeing, etc. The only down fall I would say is that the bar/restaurant below starts prep work or something around 5am every morning (sometimes earlier) along with loud music. So if you are a light sleeper, or want to sleep past that time, it might not be the perfect place-or maybe apt. 106 at the front of the building is quieter in the mornings? We expected music and bar noises at night, but didn't expect that in the morning.
