This includes hot tub, shuffleboard table, large wrap around deck, two fire pits, gas grill, cable TV/ Internet, & Horseshoe pit. This cabin is perfect for a get away with friends or family as you are located just 15 minutes to downtown Waynesville and only 35 minutes to Asheville. Waynesville, NC is a quiet mountain town with excellent restaurants, coffee shops, multiple breweries and shopping. Ingles Grocery & Publix Grocery are 15 minutes away! If you enjoy hiking, the eastern entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only 20 minutes away. If you enjoy skiing, Cataloochee Ski Area is only a short drive away. There are multiple public golf courses in the area and only a short drive to Harrah's Casino located in Cherokee, NC.

The views are gorgeous! Definitely worth the more than the 9 hour drive. The place is immaculate, spacious, and quiet. My family members, with ages ranging from 12 to 71, had an awesome time!

Excellent location for family get-together

The cabin is beautiful, and exactly as listed, including a spectacular view. Fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of gathering spaces. It’s not too far from grocery stores and Waynesville, a fun little town to visit with great shops and restaurants.

Really enjoyed this spot, had virtually everything we needed in the kitchen and all the bedrooms were great. Plenty of areas to hang out in and out of the house and close to town. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

A Beautiful Getaway

The cabin is beautiful. You can tell the owners take pride as it was clean and accommodating to our group. Coffee on the deck watching the clouds and scenery was breathtaking. Close to everything we may have needed in the small town and just a short drive to many hikes and places to see.

Fantastic Cabin with Fantastic Views!

We booked this place solely based on the photos of the views. The pictures didn’t do it justice as the views were gorgeous! The cabin was a great place to stay. We very much enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and shuffleboard. The drive is quite daunting, but well worth it! We hope to return to this cabin soon.

Great secluded cabin

This was such a great cabin for relaxation! Very secluded and fantastic views. Spent a fun day in Asheville, but downtown Waynesville was a really nice surprise, and only about 10 minutes away. We spent two days at the cabin without leaving and took a nice walk on the roads and spent much of our time on the porch. We were surprised to see deer that far up the mountain, beautiful sight! We will definitely stay again when we travel to Asheville. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything about this property was as-advertised. It's a beautiful property with even better views. We enjoyed the privacy, serenity, and weather that the property affords. It's a steep and winding drive up the mountain to the house but nothing super challenging and the property is worth the trip.

An amazing mountain experience!

This property exceeded all expectations. The views were astonishing and are the highlight of the stay. The cabin is very secluded and it feels like you have the mountaintop to yourself. Two fire pits, plenty of wood, a charcoal grill, a gas grill, and a hot tub all outside. The cabin interior is perfect for the location. If we’re doing a group trip in the Asheville area again, we hope to stay here!

Heaven on Earth!

Spent long weekend with friends and house was perfect for 8 of us! Pictures don’t do it justice as it sits on very top of mountain and views are incredible! We cooked a couple of our dinners in and found kitchen extremely well stocked. Everything we needed was right there! We enjoyed the hot tub, shuffleboard, and fire pit and would return here in a minute! You definitely won’t regret staying here —

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property. The cabin is larger than the pictures portray and is very clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook up some great meals. There were 3 couples in our party. It was our annual cabin trip to the mountains and we absolutely loved it. Had quite a few shuffleboard matches during our stay. Would return tomorrow if we could.

Cabin mansion

It was perfect for 2 families vacationing together. Plenty of room to hangout all together or separate when needed. Waynesville was a pleasant surprise (we loved Boojum brewing). We loved sitting on the deck or in the living room just soaking in the views! The kids all referred to it as the "cabin mansion" and my 5 year old son wants to live there one day :) needles to say we loved it and highly recommend it. The road up to it is no joke but we enjoyed the climb up the mountain (2 miles = 10 minutes) enjoy the drive!

Girls Weekend

We love this property! This is our second year spending our annual girls weekend here. It’s fantastic. Great communication, clean, spacious, well appointed and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We will be back next year. The view is spectacular and did I mention the momma bear and three cubs eating apples from the tree? Amazing. Thank you!

Peace & Quiet, Views, Beautiful Grounds

We had a great stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The location of the cabin is perfect for visits to Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Sylva, Cherokee, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Asheville. Very nice being at the top of the mountain for the views but also the peace & quiet - it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. There were only three of us, but the grounds are perfect for a large group (tons of space outside to spread out, throw the football, use the fire pit, etc). Views are amazing, hot tub works well. Kitchen is well stocked. Drive up the mountain was fine, no worries. Main living area in the cabin is larger than the pictures. Enjoyed the shuffleboard. Note: we did not use the grill or fireplace, so cannot comment on those. Highly recommend!
