"We had a bumpy start as one of our room had electrical issues but the staff quickly managed to change room and offered us a great service. Swimming pool was amazing. Staff when we checked out was also very helpful in the end. We are frequent travellers with many five star hotel experiences and we will definitely be revisiting this hotel and are planning to visit Signiel Seoul next time as well. "

"Great beach view and just a short walk to the beach (maybe 2 minutes). On the surfing side of the beach which was awesome! Took a lesson at one of the surf shops a 5 minute walk away "

"Amazing property for the price! Listed as a 3 star hotel, this should be bumped up to a 4. The room was clean, good sized and had all the things you need. Hotel amenities were included as listed. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Also, they were minutes from the beach and there's a bus stop right in front. Only thing I would change is the hotel needs more than one pair of washer and dryer... I recommend staying here!"
