"One of the best hotels I have stayed in for years. The service was phenomenal, the staff couldn’t have been more accomodating. Unfortunately as our stay was short and I was a little bit sick, we didn’t get to use all the amenities being the spa/gym which looked high spec from a having a view. Will definitely be going to stay here again and recommending to friends and family."

"We was staying just after Christmas over the New Year’s weekend. We had an amazing experience within this beautiful place and Chamonix overall. Clean, tidy well organised. "Everyone was great at front desk. Super friendly. Rooms are clean. But the best was sauna, pool and jacuzzi!! So relaxing after days travel! "

"The service was friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is wonderful with a great selection. The only thing lacking (and this is a small thing) is the spa. The water in the hot tub should be "HOT", around 103 degrees if it is to have the effect of a hot tub rather than at 95 degrees. But as I said, that's a small thing. "
