"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and truly defined the meaning of good hospitality. Breakfast had a variety of options and the staff tried their best to serve everyone even during peak busy times. I dock one star for service at dinner hours. I checked out Kari Theory one night and was seated outdoors. I waited over 15 minutes and not a single server came by to provide a menu or greet us. We noticed staff continously standing indoors and looking at the customers seated indoors. We ended up leaving and informed the hostess about the situation to which she did not take note or try to resolve the issue. I did notice a similar situation happen to someone else during the afternoon at the bakery/ cafe where they waited a long time and did not receive service. Otherwise, the in-room dining service was great. Food portions were generous and tasted good. The ambiance of this hotel itself was oozing luxury. The spa located downstairs was a perfect touch! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay near the airport. "

"Let me start with the welcome. Every staff member at the door was welcoming, always looking out for our convenience especially Loganathan and Vijayaraj. Their smile always made our day. The staff at the reception were very cordial and helpful at all times. The breakfast was exceptional. The food was fresh and had a good variety. I have to mention some of the best people I have met in my life who were always pleasant and served us with a warm smile. Mr.Prakash the chef who took the time to give us the best dosas and Mr. Kuppuswamy whose filter coffee and service , you cannot find anywhere in the world. The entire team of Mr. John were awesome. The staff at the Southern Spice restaurant were also very welcoming and made our time enjoyable. Altogether our time at the Taj Coramandel was unforgettable and the best time ever!"
