They had many breakfast options to choose from (both Indian and Western). I really enjoyed the spa treatment there. I would surely recommend Trident to others and to my family because of the wonderful experience I have had on my multiple stays with them. "

The best hotel in this area after trying many other hotels. Special mention to Paranthaman and Rajiv Gandhi from housekeeping who always my room is clean and comfortable. I had some issues this time when checking in and the housekeeping manager immediately rectified it and followed up through my stay. Service is unmatched. I will always return here. "

They are a tremendous asset to the hotel. I would like to give a special shout-out to a few individuals who went above and beyond: Ashit was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs and ensuring we had everything we could possibly want. Tamanna was so helpful and gracious, providing excellent recommendations and assistance with a warm smile. Washid also took great care of us, and his service was impeccable. While these individuals stood out, the sentiment extends to each and every member of the staff we encountered. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, looked after my family with genuine kindness and efficiency. We left feeling not just like guests, but like valued friends.
