"Good Check-in experience at the counter Very fast and helpful "

"The hotel room with king size bed was small but very clean and new. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in contacting PRC authorities when we could not reach them because we did not have a PRC phone number. They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and even helped us to find a room when they were very packed knowing we had to wait for some official documents. Kudos especially to Ms Carina Chen who really made our day. "

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Western and local options, which was a great way to start the day. Meeting facilities were top-notch, and the location was convenient for accessing the business district. After work, I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere at the lounge and the stunning ocean views. "Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, great buffet (consisting of Chinese favourites like dim sum, congee, yangtao and rice noodles. Also Western favourites like coffee, croissants, bacon, sausages and waffles. Rooms had bar fridges and Toto toilets with bidet. Complimentary water was provided. Also rooms had a USB charger and outlets compatible with North American plug. Nice amenities includedan Unheated pool, hot tubs (39c) and minutes walk from HCC building which had shops to buys coffee, drinks and if so desired, Burger King and Pizza Hut."
