"Super helpful staff. 5 overall room had some minor hits to carpet and curtains that diminished the feeling of a topnotch property. Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping. "

"the ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with translations. The restaurant downstairs had a great breakfast dim sum buffet. There is a Bank of China nearby for withdrawing dollars. There is also a fruitmarket across the street, and we found plenty of restaurants. it was about 100 yuan by taxi from the airport to the hotel."

"房間地毯有水積，有一種難聞的味道。早餐選種極少，沒有冷牛奶，只有熱牛奶，侍應服務態度懶散加上連基本上的食物都沒有，如煙肉，香腸，炒麺，太少選擇了。個人以為福朋四星級酒店是有水準，結果令人太失望。不會再入住此酒店，更不會推薦給任何人。"

"Pictures of the hotel looks to be decades old compared to the current hotels standards. Pool was closed and most outdoor areas needed repair, updating and cleaning. No bar available only a small supermarked. "

" Was ich je erlebt habe. In dem Hotel angekommen gibt es zwar ein Restaurant, dort bekommt man nur Frühstück. Man kann sich nichts zu Essen bestellen. Man kann nicht auf Kreditkarte Geld einlösen. Den Weg zu meinem Zimmer musste ich mir suchen, keine Erklärung kein nichts, ich bekam die Schlüssel in die Hand und musste anfangen zu suchen das Personal spricht nur chinesisch die Räume waren mit Teppichen ausgelegt die extremst nach Staub gestunken haben. Der ganze Aufbau des Hotels muss noch...

"Room was clean; staff was nice. One thing to mention was that they offer breakfast at site if your room includes this amenity. Freshly made breakfast in local cuisine. Very good"
