All on garden level, this cottage holiday is located just 1 km from the village of Chénelette, down the 'MonT Tourvéon' (953m high). The region is especially attractive to nature lovers, walkers, mushrooms pickers...with lots of tracks for hikers & bikers. The gîte is adjoining owners' house. Separate access. Living room opening directly onto the garden (lounge/ kitchen/ dining areas), hall leading to 2 bedrooms (140 x 200cm double bed) (two 90 x 200cm single beds), shower room, separate WC. Solar powered water heater. Small freezer available in annexe cellar. Outdoors : small terrace, very large garden with trees (unfenced), lawn, deckchairs, electric barbecue, great views. Brook of Aze nearby. Piano available at owners' home.
