Le Chalet des Vignes - chalet 5p avec piscine

In the commune of Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offer this charming 50 m² wooden chalet for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It includes a 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a shared garden of around 2,000 m². Internet access, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa and armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160X200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed including a single bed (90×190) above and a double bed (140×190) below
- Shower room with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC

Outside:
- A private terrace of around 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

Communal areas :
- An above-ground swimming pool measuring 3.80 x 5.80 m and 1.20 m high. The steps must be removed after each use. It is open from May to September (opening dates non-contractual).
- A 2,000 m² shared garden, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Petanque pitch and various fruit trees.

The chalet is ideally located in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, in a very quiet area at the foot of hiking trails. All the essential shops in Mortagne-sur-Gironde are nearby. There is also a hypermarket just 12 km away.

- Visit Talmont
- Discover Mortagne-sur-Gironde and its port
- Leisure complex at Meschers (go-karting, bowling, cinema, climbing, etc.)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).

Nearest airport: Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, about 120 km away by car (about 1h30).
Nearest train station: Royan train station, about 25 km away, 30 minutes by car.

- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.

Calme au Chalet des Vignes

Le Chalet est situé au calme au milieu des vignes avec une belle vue sur l'estuaire, très bien équipé, il permet de penser qu'à soit et à la détente, un super U et un LIDL sont à 20 minutes en voiture pour les courses du quotidien, le village de Mortagne-sur-Gironde est quand à lui à 5 minutes pour le pain. Un grand terrain de 2000m² est à disposition avec terrain de pétanque et une piscine à partager avec le gite de 8 personnes.
