On the ground floor, you will find a living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC. Upstairs, there is a shower room with a shower, sink, and WC, as well as a large bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), two single beds (90 cm), and a sofa bed (click-clack) for two people.
Located in the village center, the Petite Charnie forest, owned by the National Forestry Office (ONF), offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. Many tourist sites are worth discovering near this peaceful village, such as Sainte-Suzanne, a charming small town, the Saulges caves, the Le Mans automobile museum, and more. Parking is available for one vehicle in front of the house.
