Queens Hotel Cheltenham
We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!

Gloucester Robinswood Hotel by Sunday
We checked that we could get an accessible room before making the booking. We also stated our requirements on the booking form. The request was on the system but unfortunately not fulfilled. We were told if we didn’t accept the room, we would not be refunded (even though the hotel had admitted fault). ...
