The location of this property is great and was a great price for the room and space we had. Close enough to the centre for all what Cheltenham has to offer but also in a quiet spot that meant a good nights sleep.

Acceptable for a short stay given the location close to town centre. Rooms are tastefully decorated and appointed. Regency Rooms is on a very busy road and the corner of an intersection with considerable traffic noise. As stated on the Expedia site there is not a full-time front desk so service is limited and the owner needs to be contacted by phone/text. The property is still being converted from a restaurant named "Storyteller" and my VISA receipt was in the name of the restaurant which is awkward for business expense accounting. They should change that asap.
