Pristine Montpellier Gardens Apartment
An intriguing and modern 95 square metre apartment in a Regency Villa. With own entrance and modern, designer furnishings, on stunning limestone floors. The apartment has been renovated to a pristine standard with feature lighting. Located on the prestigious Montpellier Terrace, the apartment looks onto the famous Cheltenham festivals in the opposite Montpellier gardens, and is within a small walking distance to all the Restaurants and Bars that the central and stylish Montpellier district of Cheltenham has to offer. Each of the two beds will comfortably sleep two people, with the Architectural Digest and Vogue featured Ligne Roset Togo sofas in the living room being extremely comfortable. Both of the bathrooms have baths and drench showers. The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed, and is practical in its use, the same applying for the living and bedrooms. Mood lighting can be easily changed in much of the space. Despite its central location, the apartment’s thick walls create a quiet environment that stays warm in the winter and cool in summer, with super fast wifi. Complimentary wood for the fire is provided. The Apartment is accessed from the rear via flagstone steps and a small courtyard.

We stayed here for two weeks with our two kids. The place itself is very unique, clean with lots of light despite being a basement. It was excellent for summer stays since it is nice and cool. Location is excellent- right across from Montpellier Park which our kids loved!! Lots nearby within walking distance. David was also an incredible host!
