I have traveled a lot, but really the services and location of this resort & spa is amazing. plus the staff is so lovely, friendly and very helpful when you need them. The program they have near the beach restaurant is nice. the environment is so beautiful. As for me I am planning to go there next year.

Friendly, polite & helpful staff. Mike was great, every recommendation he made for restaurants was amazing.
The rooms were beautiful & clean. Amazing view from our room. Free bottles of water provided daily (x6). Our stay included breakfast which was buffet + order from the menu. Dinner at the hotel was amazing! One of the best Tom yum soups we've ever had!
The english barrier wasn't a problem....they all spoke good english.
Their signature cocktail was amazing, I could drink...

Absolutely faultless experience, the staff are warm and attentive, the customer service is world class. The location and facilities are amazing. The spa is exceptional and we even did a wine tasting session with Thai wines which was great.
There is nothing to fault, we had 5 nights here and it is the best hotel in Thailand I've stayed in. Would definitely recommend it, it is superb.

It was pretty private but some gaps in the fence and hedges meant there was no topless sun bathing :-) very quiet in November, and it is about 300-400thb to chaweng main strip and 350thb to Fishermans village. We had a wonderful stay as two couples on a trip together at Kupu Kupu - everyone was so lovely and wanted to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. We felt so welcome and comfortable, our rooms were also beautiful. Everyone who worked there was amazing but in particular San and Andy were great. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.

Ammatara Pura is a quiet boutique hotel with beautiful, clean beach frontage. There are only 18 rooms (huge), all with a private pool.

The shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away and there sre 2 restaurants right on the beach next door.
