The check-in was smooth, painless, and efficient. We entered our room, in which, we had a hot tub -this was really nice! The place was really quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it!

Chattanooga Heritage Inn
Enjoyed stay and property. Clean and comfortable even if older property. My only gripe is the hot water was nonexistent when taking a shower.

Aloft Chattanooga Hamilton Place
From what little interaction i had with staff was good. Hotel lobby and room were clean. I could hear music and noises coming from other rooms easier than in other hotel's ive used. I didn't care for the super bright white light bulbs in the room, made me feel at night as if i were in a hospital ...
