Gîte de l'étanchée

Alaguyauder offers three bed-and-breakfast rooms and the "Gîte de l'Étanchée." The gîte is located on a fully enclosed 1,200 m² property; the pool is on our property, 250 metres from the gîte. The location is very quiet, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and 800 metres from the seawall; you can see the seawall from the terrace.<br><br>A charming, self-contained holiday rental that can accommodate up to 6 people (8), featuring a large terrace and ample parking. You’ll enjoy a peaceful setting; our pool is located on our property, 250 metres from the holiday rental, and is open from May 1 to September 30.<br><br>Guests have exclusive use of the entire chalet—80 square metres—which includes two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a living room that opens onto the kitchen, plus a 35-square-meter terrace.
