"The room was not clean. Carpets need to be cleaned. The phone was disconnected and the carbon monoxide alarm was taking down from the ceiling. The biggest thing was the air conditioning did not work. He was very warm in the room. The staff told us that night that they were full and could not move us to a new room. I slept fully dressed as I did not feel comfortable. I didnt want any of my belongings on the floor or furniture as it was dirty as well. The manager the following morning informed us that the room shouldn't have been rented out since the A/C units need to be replaced."

"Dawn was very helpful throughout our stay. The property is very private with no neighbors and less than three minutes from Caney lake.Our family had a great time swimming and fishing in the pond."

"Breakfast was great! I interacted with Stacy on 2 weekends back to back for passing of my family member. Never mentioned it to her b4 hand and was welcoming and full of hospitality. Matter of fact EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON STAFF THE WEEK ENDS OF 4/18-19 and 4/24-25 WERE SO PLEASANT AND WELCOMING AND HOSPITABLE."

"The room looked clean, however the floors left my socks dirty. The Non-Smoking room smelled like smoke."
