Très bon logement

Situation du logement parfaite. un peu en retrait de l'axe principal de la ville, très proche de la plage, des commerces, de la piste cyclable et de la gare, sans avoir les désagréments dues au bruit. 12 min en train de La Rochelle ou de Rochefort, 4€ l'aller-retour/pers., imbattable au vue des prix du stationnement sur la rochelle. Tout ce qui est décrit est présent sur place, c'est parfait. Seul bémol la taille de la douche, dommage qu'elle ne soit un peu plus large... pour ma taille ;). Le stationnement étant libre dans la rue, il peut parfois être difficile de trouver une place en journée en pleine saison, mais nous avons réussit pratiquement tous les jours à s'y garer. Au vue de la situation, du prix très correct de la location, et de la disponibilité du propriétaire, je recommande sans hésitation.

Maison propre, accès facile, explications claires pour utilisation du matériel mis à disposition. Période de juin très calme du quartier et voisins. Sommes très contents de cette location.Bonne communication avec loueur.

Je ne sais pas ce que veut dire titre

On nous avait dit qu'il y avait un bain à remous en fait il y a une douche et pour y entrer on doit se mettre de profil car l'ouverture est très difficile d'accès. Les toilettes sont trop pres du mur donc on doit s'asseoir de côté de plus j'ai reçu un message du propriétaire comme quoi je n'avais pas respecté les consignes de départ pour les poubelles mais quand nous sommes arrivés elles n'avais pas été vidées. Voilà c'est tout ce que j'avais à dire

Calme et bien situé.

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Très bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces, des marchés et du parc. On peut tout faire à pied. Il est très bien équipé. Linge de maison, de lit, fournitures de base en cuisine et salle de bain. NB: l'accès à la douche peut être un peu compliqué pour les personnes très "enrobées". Le propriétaire est très prévenant et attentif. Nous avons aussi pu stationner sans problème dans la rue. Bref le top..

Excellent séjour

Nous avons bien dormi au calme, bonne literie. Salon avec un canapé confortable également. Une petite terrasse très agréable. Ce logement est parfait pour un couple.
