15 km from La Rochelle, in the town of Chatelaillon Plage, Les Principautés du Casino, La Baule residence.

On the top floor of a building with an elevator, a comfortable one-bedroom apartment (air conditioning) for 4 people.

The apartment includes an entrance hall, a bathroom with a washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, a fully equipped kitchenette (cooktop, range hood, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), a living room with a lounge area (sofa bed, television, etc.), and a dining area with a table for 4.

Enjoy the sea view and outdoor meals on the large terrace with garden furniture.

During low tide, you will have access to the residence's communal swimming pool, open from July 1st to August 31st, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

The proportional tourist tax is extra.

Cleaning is optional: €100.
