Grand Parc Apartment - 65m2 - 2 Bedrooms
Luxury apartment located in a private park and arranged and decorated with care, including a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine with pods offered, induction plate, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ect. ..) a bathroom (bath / shower), a toilet, two bedrooms (beds 160x200 and 140x190) a large dressing room. Private parking space and elevator. The living room is equipped with a TV with channels Orange TV, moreover the apartment is equipped with fiber optics and WIFI.
The accommodation is located 5 minutes from the city center and the train station, 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from MACH 36, and close to the Belle Isle site. In Châteauroux the buses are free and a bus stop is in front of the accommodation.
This unit can accommodate up to 4 people.
On request we can provide a cot with changing table. Pets are allowed under conditions.

Appartement impeccable et très beau
Magnifique appartement , avec toutes les disponibilités attendu , à celà le top niveau propreté et un propriétaire remarquable.
Je recommande les yeux fermés car franchement on ne peut demander ou espérer mieux.
