This 50 m² apartment features a private pergola with a 25 m² terrace (table for 6 and plastic armchairs) and a 250 m² private, shaded, and flowered garden. Inside, you'll find a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), bathroom, and separate toilet. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and a smart TV with multilingual streaming services.
Next to the pool, there is a 6-person sauna, shower, separate toilets, a large 100 m² terrace, and a 70 m² covered area. Two private parking spaces and a wood-fired barbecue are also available.
