Yes the hotel is very dated but we were made to feel welcome, had clean presentable room with fresh ironed bedding and towels and a very good tasty breakfast to suit all tastes. We slept well and it was a good base to explore Geneva and Annecy without the unrealistic hotel prices you see in the cities. "

"The hotel was very minimalist but functional. The room wasn’t very big, but it felt comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The staff were courteous and very helpful — they even kept our bags before check-in so we could explore the city without carrying everything around. "It was a beautiful day when I was there, so I tried to find a spot to sit outside in the sunshine. There was a ground-floor area outside of the breakfast area that was closed midday, and another area outside of the main-floor restaurant that was only accessible if you were in the restaurant. It would have been nice to be able to sit in either of these areas and enjoy the lovely weather, but both were effectively off limits. The main floor restaurant was closed in the afternoon, so the outside area was also closed. Thanks."
"Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean & had what I needed for a good stay! The room also had a little kitchenette. Convenient shuttle service to/from the airport. No comments about the hotel’s restaurant or room service. I found an Italian restaurant within walking distance with good food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay."

I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby.
Other staff are always trying to be helpful.
Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder. "
