"La formation du personnel à l’accueil et la relation clientèle doit être entièrement revue.
Le check in était très long et nous avons été bombardés de reg"
"The apartments were good size and very nice
It is a bit away from the city center but close to the train station
Check in and out process easy and the staff communicated all along the way "
"A small but sufficient room with a capsule bathroom. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable, and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the continental buffet breakfast was enjoyable."
"Veronique has converted parts of her home into an amazing b&b. The quality and size of our room was every bit as good as a suite at a top hotel.
Really great location for walking to centre of Beaune or as base from which to explore the local wineries.

"Amazing - staff extremely friendly and helpful!
Close to everything - great great town to visit
Amenities were excellent and the garden was beautiful so peaceful! "
"This is a unique hotel in that the lobby, downstairs is made to feel more “homey”. The room was basic and small but had all we needed. Breakfast was fantastic. Large buffet of all local foods and so so good! Parking was very easy in large secured lot attached to hotel."

"Photos of the property focused more on the jacuzzi than the layout of the living area. Photos of bedrooms then bathroom appeared that they were next to each other. But bedrooms were upstairs in the attic and bathroom was downstairs 21 steep stairs down, not safe for nighttime visits to bathroom. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. But the 4 knives provided were dangerously Dull! Communication with owner was limited, any questions we had, were not answered completely before we arrived, and owner didn’t seem interested in welcoming us at all!Or checking that we had all that we needed, the house was ver difficult to find. When we contacted home to help us find the house he seemed put off. Very ambiguous listing and ghost host/ owner!"
