"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"The persons at the reception were very nice and helpful . The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,"

If you are used to this type of hotel, then ok, but if not... you'll get another room at another hotel like we did. Zero service as we wanted to see the room but the person at the reception refused as it was late and he had to leave."
