Sylvie was a great host; spoke very good english and was very welcoming and knowledgable about local activities (especially the wednesday market at Saint Remy...not to be missed!)It was very pleasant to be able to eat outside on our little terrace in the evenings and the swimming pool was perfect for adults (if, possibly, a little cool for small children).We were able to keep our bicycles in the large farm garage and everything felt very safe and secure. The local village is close by, with supermarkets and some very nice restaurants. On our last morning we enjoyed sitting in a cafe watching horse riders run camargue bulls through the streets, obviously an annual event at the end of august."

She gave up a morning to help us sort out a problem with our hire car and was a mine of information about where to visit in the area. The location is wonderfully central to so many interesting places and I thoroughly recommend it as a base for which to explore Provence. "
