"The hotel is adjacent to the thermal spa facilities with a connecting bridge. There is a beautiful park nearby with a nice walk on river banks. The hotel/spa complex was built in the 1980s and everything looks dated and in need of a full upgrade. That said, staff was very nice, breakfast was very good and the thermal facilities were nice. Hotel guests must pay 40 euros per room per day for access. The hotel is dog friendly as well. The room rate was quite low so overall it was reasonable value. It could be an amazing place with some investments."

"Catherine was a wonderful host. Very welcoming and friendly.We are an extended family group (children from 11-17) and so the accommodation was ideal with lots of bedrooms. The covered eating area outside was great for social games and eating. The area indoor areas stayed cool on the hot days.We all enjoyed the pool area for cooling off and Catherine and her daughter had set up a volleyball net which we thoroughly enjoyed using. Lots of loungers and seating around the pool too.In DOMPIERRE sure Bresbe we were able to shop for provisions at the supermarket.The local area is quiet but close by there is a theme park and zoo (le Pal) which is well worth a visit for the animals and the rides. Moulins (30 mins away) has a riverside area with table tennis, boules, volleyball and a supervised small swimming area. We also booked our canoe trip here which involved the company driving us up river and we then paddled back to base over a few hours. You can also hire bikes from here at the tourist information.Thank you for a wonderful week Catherine."

"Notre location était familiale 9 personnes. Nos échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très respectueuses et franches. Nous avons passés une semaine comme dans notre propre maison. Ce qui donne de rendre une location propre et ranger comme sa maison, cela s'appelle du respect de l'autre (sans les contraintes du nettoyage des petits coins) C'est juste de l'éducation de base et la vie est plus douce pour tous.
