"We had a fabulous time at Saint Sabine. We visited wineries, did tastings, visited the gorgeous but quaint hamlet of Châteauneuf en auxois, and hiked along the canal de Bourgogne. The staff was exceptional and we will absolutely come again. Gorgeous countryside !"

The location is extremely convenient — just a short, easy walk from the train station, yet also close to Park Darcy and within comfortable walking distance of the old town. The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Benjamin, Iheb, Janus, and Jordan were all phenomenal — warm, professional, and consistently helpful. Their hospitality stood out and made me feel very welcome. My room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the light cheese tray one evening — it was simple and delicious, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
