"Really wonderful accommodation. Walking distance to town. Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. "Very sweet room with view over the vineyard. Staff was welcoming and arranged a short-term tour and tasting complementary. Breakfast was amazing with homemade jam and honey, as well as high-quality bread. Additionally, location is great (central, but feels remote). Real gem for the price!"

"Was a decent property in a nice little area, however it clearly needed repairs doing to the property. Random holes in walls, one of the wardrobe doors completly removed and the outside chairs needed replacing. Nothing that a few 100 euro couldnt fix to give this place a 5 stars. The host was friendly.ajd easily contactable. Nearest big supermarket is 1km away which is really handy as it has more or less everything."

"Booked and paid in JANUARY. Arrived 16:00 (check-in allegedly from 14:00). Place was locked; could not make anyone hear us. Waited 30 minutes before finding another hotel. Had also booked dinner but the sign outside said the restaurant was closed on Tuesday (the day of our stay). Contacted hotels.com to request full refund - this was apparently refused by the hotel (though hotels.com personnel said they couldn’t really communicate with hotel very well as the staff there only spoke French. Er… it’s a French hotel!!!). Eventually given £25 in award points - well under half what we had paid five months earlier! VERY unhappy with the whole situation!"
