"The place was perfect for my bachelorette party. The rooms were cozy, kitchen was well stocked, and perfectly located near the water. My only concern, the hot tub did not appear to be cleaned like they claimed. There was no strainer to remove the bugs and unfortunately we were not comfortable to use it. Other than this, the host was easy to reach, checking in and out process was very easy. The lake view was impeccable and they really mean it when they say it’s a short walk!"

"Really cute home on the bay. Peaceful. Views were outstanding. Beach was relaxing. Great location for winery tastings and visiting other cities like Leland. Enjoyable runs on the road with views of cherry trees and wild flowers. Friendly neighbors. The home was very clean. Just as listed, with easy check in and out. Room in the backyard for playing catch. One of my sons loved the light up hot tub. We also saw a bald eagle. Highly recommend!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Carley’s place was spacious, very clean, and just so nice. There were even fresh flowers! There was awesome communication from her and we had everything and more than we needed due to her rocking host qualities. The view is beautiful and the location is unbeatable and walkable to everything fun. We would love to stay here again, it is an awesome, awesome place to call home for an Elk Rapids trip."

"This property has lots of amenities: besides the sauna and hot tub, there’s comfy furniture on a raised platform just steps from the beach; games to play inside and outside (cornhole, basketball hoop); a warm outdoor shower; shade areas for lounging or reading and sun areas for tanning; multiple kayaks; beach shoes for wading into the stony, bay floor. It offers a bountifully equipped kitchen and a wonderfully open floor plan (bring a white noise machine for snorers). The view from the house and lawn is spectacular and magical."

"This is a great spot with sandy beach and lake bottom. We found the house to be spacious, clean, and well appointed with modern appliances. Aaron is a quick communicator and addressed our questions promptly and helpfully. The property is about 2.5 miles from the Leelenau rail trail (paved) which connects Suttons Bay and Traverse City."

"We loved our stay in Sutton's Bay. It was perfect for a family summer vacation with 5 couples. We enjoyed using the kayaks and hot tub as well as trips into town in Sutton's Bay and Traverse City for food and shopping. We did swim a little bit at the property's lakefront but the shallow water and bits of reeds made that a little challenging. The house is very close to a few different public beaches which were perfect. We would definitely stay again."
