- This beachfront, 4 bedroom home located 2 1/2 miles north of the Grand Traverse resort, and 6 miles north of downtown Traverse City, enjoys a spectacular view of the East Bay and its crystal clear waters. On both levels you will find 2 bedrooms along with a wood-burning fireplace (main floor only) The main floor kitchen is fully equipped, with a kitchenette in the lower level, also TV's on both floors for further convenience. There is also laundry facilities and plenty of space for cards, games and moving around.
This cozy home is ideal for families and friends. Easy beach access for boating, skiing, fishing, walking the beach, and a relaxing day in the sun. Enjoy fires on the beach or cocktails on the deck. The property is situated close enough to Traverse City to enjoy local activities and festivals and yet far enough away for quiet privacy and spectacular sunsets.
