Passionate about hiking & nature, Nicole and Yves welcome you to a lovely authentic 19th century winegrower's house with character, carefully restored, nestled on a vast family property of 7000m² steeped in history - a former wine estate of which a bucolic remains mini vineyard nestled at the foot of the gîte - including a natural meadow with orchard (cherry trees, apple trees, plum trees, quince trees, pear trees, peach trees / picking possible with the owners' agreement) where free-roaming hens circulate during the day, to the delight of children! Quiet residential area nestled in the very heart of the superb vineyards of the Mâconnais, a stone's throw from the charming wine-growing & commercial town of Charnay-lès Mâcon, urban & rural, with its own AOC, a rich heritage (including a Romanesque church listed Xth nearby) & all amenities. Privileged environment totally soothing, in the hollow of a superb landscaped setting hilly with vineyards, meadows & wooded hills. Very comfortable cottage. Ultra spacious. Warm country character with contemporary accents of "country chic" spirit steeped in charm. Very cozy. Large sheltered terrace adjoining a pleasant charming intimate garden, landscaped & flowered with great care. Adjoining private courtyard, natural petanque ground with ping-pong table. Beautiful unobstructed view of the vineyards, the surrounding countryside & the Mâconnais mountains. Composition: Detached house adjoining the owners' home (total independence without vis-à-vis). Wireless. Electric heating. Wood pellet stove. Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, 1 bedroom (double bed 160x200cm), shower room (shower/WC). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with Orange TV package (each with 2 single beds 80x200cm that can be combined into a double bed 160x200cm), relaxation room (1 sofa), shower room (shower/WC).
