"The location was to the arena was perfect. Customer service could have been better. We had to move rooms due to the TV being broken. "

"I could hear every sound from the hallway and from the 6th floor and all above average street noise. The staff were non-conscious, the sheets and towels were clean (could smell the bleach), soiled furniture, no USB ports, separating grout-the only reason I did not depart was due to the location of the garage where my vehicle was parked. I usually request a late check-out when out of town, I left before check-out time."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, cozy, and well-prepared when we arrived. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. They were also very understanding and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!"

"First, I’d like to say the staff was great—no complaints there at all. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the room itself was subpar. I understand this location is an older bank converted into a hotel, and while I can appreciate the nostalgia and character, it still felt very much like an old building in ways that impacted comfort. The carpet appeared extremely dirty, and the drapes did not seem clean. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, particularly when opening the dishwasher and drawers. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. On a positive note, the breakfast was great and definitely appreciated. Unfortunately, I booked two nights through a third party but only stayed one night. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made it feel grimy, so I chose to check out early and move to another hotel. I give it 2 stars, unfortunately. "
